"A friend had allowed me to paint on her property by the San Juan Creek with awesome views of the San Juans. I needed a painting to give me privacy in my office by covering a shared window. I was excited about painting an extra large canvas and the Silverton pigments wanted to be expressed that day in the most magnificent dance of colors."
