"I had spent a couple of days driving through Capital Reef’s National Park, Boulder and Escalante Staircase. Some of the most spectacular scenery and rock formations I have seen. I pulled into Halls Creek Lookout View by Brimhall Arch and set up my tent before I started to paint. A huge wind storm came with the sunset just as I finished painting. I looked over to see my tent being blown away. I packed up and drove out in the dark almost going off a cliff on a switchback. I ended up at Lake Powell for the night."
